Due to winter weather conditions, the previously scheduled Public Hearing for this application was
cancelled. It has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 20th, 2024.

The Capital Region Service Commission has received an application to rezone property at 15
Charters Drive (PID 75078626) from Residential One – “R-1” to Home Based Industry One –
“HBI-1” under the New Maryland Parish Planning Area Rural Plan Regulation. The applicant
wishes to operate a small-scale automotive maintenance and repair shop, subject to terms and
conditions.
