Severe thunderstorm watch – issued for:
Grand Lake and Queens County, N.B. (015300)

Current details:
Conditions are favourable for the development of dangerous thunderstorms that may be capable of producing damaging wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.

Timing: This afternoon and early evening.
Locations: Across portions of southeastern New Brunswick, including Moncton.
When thunder roars, go indoors! Lightning kills and injures Canadians every year.

Severe thunderstorm watches are issued when conditions are favourable for the development of thunderstorms capable of producing damaging hail, wind or rain.
