In my series on governance and leadership last week, I indicated that I was preparing a document for actual and would-be candidates.

The package contains three documents:

• Power Point from Election NB on running for municipal election
• Power Point presentation on the roles and responsibilities of local councils including how decisions are made
• The seven statements on governance
