Dear Residents:

I understand that many of you are asking for the Land Appraisal Report.  When I received the report this week I made a note to myself to send it to our lawyer to make sure I could release it in its entirety, or if it needed redactions.  There was a lot of legalese in there.

I happened to have had a statement ready to go out to you on a number of issues (including Xmas closure, Anglican Church, etc.) yesterday so  I decided to include the land appraisal result in it as I thought it was good news for all of you, that is to know that the land was worth more than expected.

I should have mentioned that the report would be forthcoming and in my haste to get the statement out, I forgot.  I apologize for that.

As soon as I receive the reply from the lawyer that it is ok to post, I will.  The reason I am checking with the lawyer is because I want everything I do to be done correctly.  I know you expect the same from me.
